摘要：NOVELTY - An alkaline cellulase gene comprising a 708 base pair sequence (SEQ ID NO: 1) fully defined in the specification, is new. USE - The gene is useful in gene cloning, genetic diagnosis, textile industry, washing industry and petroleum industry. ADVANTAGE - The gene has excellent cellulose activity under neutral and alkaline conditions. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) gene encoding polypeptide comprising a 235 amino acid sequence (SEQ ID NO: 2) fully defined in the specification; and (2) method for preparing immobilized alkaline cellulase, involves (a) isolating alkaline cellulase gene from deep-sea fungus Phaeosphaeria LH21 culture, (b) cloning the gene into expression vector of PPIC9K, (c) transferring constructed expression vector into host cell to produce engineered bacteria, and (d) culturing the engineered bacteria to obtain alkaline cellulase.
