摘要:NOVELTY - The system has an instrument drive system utilized for converting an American standard code for information interchange from an operation procedure into a control command of a stepper motor. An instrument operation system is stored in a main-control computer and utilized for initiating hardware of an instrument and interaction of users, controlling measuring process, and filtering, processing and outputting of measuring data. The instrument drive system is operated in a Windows CE 5.0 (RTM: Operating system for minimalistic computers and embedded systems). USE - Software system for a surface adhesion energy measuring apparatus of a soft material. ADVANTAGE - The system is utilized as a control core of a Johnson-Kendall-Roberts energy measuring apparatus. The system can test wide range of materials such as high-polymer elastic body, gel and film, and elastic modulus and adhesion property of the soft material. The system achieves high measuring precision with better stability and repeatability and reduced volume of the testing sample.
