摘要:NOVELTY - Incarvillea ester-based compound comprises incarvine A, incarvine B incarvine C, incarvine D, incarvine E and incarvine F compounds. USE - Incarvillea ester-based compound used for preparing medicine for treating breast cancer cell (claimed), particularly michigan cancer foundation-7 (MCF-7). ADVANTAGE - The Incarvillea ester-based compound reduces tumor growth and prolong patient's life, and has less side effects. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing Incarvillea ester-based compound, which involves: (A) drying and crushing Incarvillea plant to obtain powder, and then refluxing with ethanol (80-95%) for extraction to obtain extract; (B) concentrating the extract under reduced pressure and diluting it with water and hydrochloric acid (2%) to maintain solution pH 2-3; (C) diluting again by using petroleum ether and ethyl acetate to obtain petroleum ether and ethyl acetate containing extract, and then adjusting solution to (pH 11) by mixing sodium hydroxide (2%) to obtain product; (D) extracting the product by utilizing chloroform to obtain chloroform fraction containing extract; and (E) grinding chloroform fraction containing extract through 200-300 meshes, and then placing it in a column chromatography, where silica gel is present in form of stationary phase and S printed hadex LH-20 gel column chromatography to obtain the desired product.
