摘要:NOVELTY - Processing method involves repeatedly rolling roller on surface of metal e.g. copper or carbon steel to form nano twin crystal with thickness of less than 200 nanometers on metal surface; and horizontally moving roller with respect to metal at speed of 0.1-50 millimeters per minute during rolling process when roller rotates around a revolution shaft in the range of 100-300 revolutions per minute. Revolution shaft is set in horizontal direction. The moving direction of horizontal relative movement is vertical to the revolution plane of roller. Cooling medium is liquid nitrogen or liquid helium. USE - Processing method for enhancing condensing heat transmission of steam in surface of metal e.g. copper or carbon steel. ADVANTAGE - Provides processing method that prevents low bonding strength between coating and metal substrate and short service life existing in current method for preparing hydrophobic coating on metal surface, avoids high cost through changing the metal surface chemical component ion injecting technology, reduces surface free energy through changing the micro constituent and stress state of metal surface, realizes the drop film coexisting or dropping condensation mode of metal surface, enhances the condensing heat transmission of steam on metal surface, and improves the heat transmission effect.
