摘要:NOVELTY - N-tris(hydroxymethyl)methyl-3-aminopropanesulfonic acid, is claimed. USE - Used as N-tris(hydroxymethyl)methyl-3-aminopropanesulfonic acid. ADVANTAGE - The N-tris(hydroxymethyl)methyl-3-aminopropanesulfonic acid is obtained by less synthesizing steps and simple operation with a yield of 75% and a purity of not less than 99%. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the N-tris(hydroxymethyl)methyl-3-aminopropanesulfonic acid, comprising introducing tris(hydroxymethyl)amino methane and 1,3-propane sultone of the same concentration into a 500 ml four-opening flask having a stirrer, a thermometer and a condenser tube, adding 1-8C alcohol as a solvent (250-300 ml), stirring and mixing in appropriate speed for dissolving, heating the reaction system to boil, in which alcohol flows back after condensation, after reaction for 1-8 hours, introducing the flask into a refrigerator to cool to 0 degrees C, filtering to obtain the filter cake as a crude product, washing the crude product with anhydrous ethyl alcohol 2-3 times to obtain a white powder, introducing the end product into an oven to dry for 20-28 hours at 70-120 degrees C.
