摘要：NOVELTY - Preparation of polypropylene foamed material of sorbitol acetal compounds involves feeding polypropylene to an extruder through main feed port, adding initiator and sorbitol acetal compounds through an auxiliary feeding system of the extruder, dissolving aromatic hydrocarbon-based graft monomer in a solvent and feeding to the extruder through the liquid feed port, opening the vacuum pump at the end of the extruder, removing the solvent and unreacted grafting monomer, extruding, cooling, and granulating. USE - Preparation of polypropylene foamed material of sorbitol acetal compounds (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables simple and flexible preparation of polypropylene foamed material of sorbitol acetal compounds with excellent fluidity and high melting strength.
