摘要:本文根据离子选择电极的测量原理,采用二点校准法和微机实现对人体血液和尿中K^+,Na^+含量的自动分析,系统自动完成电极的清洗、校正和测量,自动计算和输出分析结果。所进行的测量接近于人体的生理状态,具有临床价值。同时阐述硬件和软件的配置,并进行了误差分析。
The sodium/potassium analytic system is a completely automatedmicroprocessor-controlled analyzer.By making use sodium and potassiumion-selective electrodes and based on a two-point calibration of the electrodeslopes,the system is applied for the determination of the concentration of Na+and K^+ in whole blood,serum or plasma and diluted urine samples.The functions such as calibration of both electrode slopes,clean-out,base-line update,computation of measured values and output of results are performedautomatically.There are three operated mode for the system.When the system is firstturned on,a stand by mode automatically beaths.During this cycle electrodesare flushed with Standard A.A calibration mode follows the cycle.On command,the system automatically calibrates both electrode slopesby a two-point cali-brations.During sample mode sodium and potassium results of the sample arecomputed and printed.In this paper,the priciples of the mesurment,the structure of the systemand hardware and software dispesition are presented.Finally,it is disscussed how to improve the precision of the system.
