摘要:NOVELTY - A micro-tangential flow filtration simulation device, wherein it comprises raw material tank (1), a raw material tank (1) and raw material liquid is a raw material tank (1) output pipeline of the peristaltic pump (2) pump enter filtering device (3), a filtering device (3) is connected with output end with back pressure valve (4), a back pressure valve (4) connected with back output a raw material tank (1), a peristaltic pump (2) and filter device (3) connected with a pipeline installed with the first pressure sensor (5), a filtering device (3) and back pressure valve (4) connected with a pipeline installed with the second sensor (6). The utility model used micro-tangential flow filtration device, it has a seal strength of at least two atmospheres, the fluid in the filtering apparatus and no leakage flow occurs along the flow path between the flow channel, combined with miniature cans of raw materials, to achieve a simulation device miniaturization, which in turn may achieve a high value biologic cost, high-speed, high-throughput rapid downstream process development, save development costs and shorten the development cycle.
