摘要：NOVELTY - The method comprises cutting cylindrical coalescer module into blocks, symmetrically distributing a rectangular-shaped square hole on the blocks of the cylindrical coalescer and separating an upper side and a lower side of the rectangular-shaped square hole with a framework. Each side of the rectangular-shaped square hole is placed in a removable type aggregation module. A gap between the blocks of the cylindrical coalescer and an edge of the rectangular-shaped square hole is sealed with a metal or non-metal material. USE - The method is useful for installing a drawer type coalescer module (claimed), which is useful in oil dehydration process or sewage degreasing process. ADVANTAGE - The method is capable of conveniently and economically installing the drawer type coalescer module with high efficiency. The drawer type coalescer module has simple structure and strong adaptability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The method comprises cutting cylindrical coalescer module into blocks, symmetrically distributing a rectangular-shaped square hole on the blocks of the cylindrical coalescer and separating an upper side and a lower side of the rectangular-shaped square hole with a framework. Each side of the rectangular-shaped square hole is placed in a removable type aggregation module. A gap between the blocks of the cylindrical coalescer and an edge of the rectangular-shaped square hole is sealed with a metal or non-metal material. The blocks of the cylindrical coalescer are separated along a parallel direction. The method comprises changing an inner diameter of the coalescer module according to different concentrations of a dispersed phase, adjusting separation material of coalescer module and cleaning the coalescer module to remove solid particulate matter or operation medium. The rectangular-shaped square hole has 2-8 layers that are arranged in a different operation medium. The rectangular-shaped square hole has 2-4 layers, when an inlet concentration of a dispersed phase is less than 1%. The rectangular-shaped square hole has 4-6 layers, when the inlet concentration of the dispersed phase is 1-20%. The rectangular-shaped square hole has 6-8 layers, when the inlet concentration of the dispersed phase is 20-50%. The coalescer module is made of same or different type of material.
