摘要：全球经济下行,中国经济处于新常态,城市收入不平衡、城市贫困问题成为2020年后反贫困重点关注的问题。本文以城市居民金融素养为视角,基于西宁市家庭调查数据,研究金融素养对城市收入的影响。结果发现,城市金融素养的提升对收入有一定的存进作用,金融素养可以体现居民收入的"开源",而且可以通过影响资产配置行为,实现财富的积累,从而提升收入。金融素养不足是制约收入增长的不可忽视的原因之一。城市主体可通过金融素养的提升获得更高的相对收益,是收入提升、缩小城市收入差距的有效补充。
The global economy is descending,while Chinese economy is in a new usual status.The urban income disparity is unbalanced and urban poverty has been the focus of anti-poverty after the year of 2020.The paper,from the perspective of financial accomplishment of city dwellers and on the basis of investigating data from families of Xining,studied the affect of financial accomplishment on urban income.The results turns out that the improvement of financial accomplishment has positive affect on urban income to some extent and it can reflect the“open source”of residents’income,and also can realize the wealth accumulation through influencing asset allocation behaviour,so as to get the aim of increasing income.The lack of financial accomplishment is a considerable factor that restrict the income increase.Urban main body can obtain a higher relevant income through improving the financial accomplishment,and it is also an effective supplement for improving income and narrowing the urban income gap.
