摘要：本文在回顾灾害社会工作发展历程的基础上,系统梳理出国际社会对灾害社会工作的功能界定,并以此为参照依据,试图从技术层面、知识层面和价值层面提出我国灾害社会工作专业能力提升的路径——技术层面:强调以关系建立、救灾资源整合、创伤后身心支持、社会支持网络构建等为核心的实务技能提升;知识层面:以灾害管理为理论背景,掌握不同阶段社会工作者被期待的角色和功能;价值层面:探索生命意义和死亡议题,强调社会工作者对"人"的关怀与关注。
This article reviews the historical development and the function of the disaster social work, and tries to make suggestions to improve social workers＇ professional ability. These include, at the technical level, promoting practical skills, such as relationship building, integration of resources, physical and mental support, social support network building, at the knowledge level,understanding the different functions of social work at the different stages of disaster management, and at the value level, exploring the meaning of life and death issue and emphasizing ＂human＂.
