摘要：通过合成实验 ,获得含低膦酸盐的水溶性聚合物。在钙离子质量浓度为 5 0～ 6 0 0mg L的水质条件下 ,对该聚合物的缓蚀阻垢性能进行了研究。结果表明 :在工业循环冷却水处理中 ,该药剂投加质量浓度为 5 .0～ 7 5mg L ,水中含膦酸质量浓度 ρ(PO4) <0 .5mg L时 ,就具有很好的缓蚀阻垢效果。其阻垢率能达到 95 %以上 ,腐蚀速度小于 0 0 5 4g (m2 ·h)。
Water soluble polymer of low phosphorus content was synthesized.Corrosion scale inhibition was examined in water with different concentrations of calcium ion.The results indicated that the polymeric material was effective corrosion scale inhibitor in recirculating cooling water.At a dosage of 5-7.5 mg/L,the phosphorus content being <0.5mg/L,in water containing 500-600 mg Ca 2+ per litre,the inhibition of CaCO\-3 precipitation was over 95% and the corrosion rate was less than 0.054 g/(m\+2·h).
