摘要:综述了离子色谱法在体液、微生物细胞代谢产物及培养液、食品酿造与发酵、动植物样品等生物领域相关项目以及在化学药、中药与中成药、氨基糖苷类抗生素、赋形剂、其他非活性配方、包装材料、制药过程产生的废水等医药领域相关项目检测中的应用,同时还介绍了离子色谱法在《中华人民共和国药典》(2020年版)中的新增应用(引用文献112篇)。
Applications of the relevant item detection in the biological fields(including body fluids, microbial cell metabolites, microbial cell culture medium, food brewing and fermentation, and animal and plant samples) and the pharmaceutical fields(including chemical medicine, Chinese herbal medicine, Chinese patent medicine, aminoglycoside antibiotic, excipient, other inactive formula, packaging material and wastewater produced from pharmaceutical process) by ion chromatography were reviewed. The new application of ion chromatography in the Pharmacopoeia of the People′s Republic of China(2020 edition) was also introduced(112 ref. cited).
