摘要：外泌体作为一种新型生物物质,具有特异性、呈递性、促瘤性、脱免性及诱导性等特征,正在被广泛开发应用于临床医学领域。然而,外泌体的具体分子机制尚未明确。此外,由于外泌体的不良反应还不明确,权衡好外泌体的利害关系是有效利用外泌体进行治疗及诊断的关键。为了实现产业化生产应用,需简化及改进外泌体的分离、提取技术,提高产量,降低成本,这将成为外泌体生产的核心研究方向。该研究总结了外泌体的基本信息以及生物学功能特征,并归纳介绍了外泌体的工程化制备流程,在此基础上整理相关企业在外泌体领域的技术与产品,为深入探索外泌体的应用潜力提供参考。
As a new biological material,exosomes have the characteristics of specificity,presentation,tumorpromoting,immune escape and induction,which are being widely used in clinical medicine.However,the specific molecular mechanism has not yet been clarified.Due to the unclear side effects of exosomes in functional applications,balancing the interests of exosomes is the key to use exosomes for treatment and diagnosis effectively.At the same time,it is necessary to simplify and improve the separation and extraction technologies of exosomes,increase production and reduce costs in order to realize the industrial production and application.It is a core to find a way to obtain high purity specific exosomes and ensure production supply.In this manuscript,the basic information,the biological function characteristics of exosomes,and the preparation process of engineering exosomes are summarized.In addition,the technologies and products from relevant commercial companies in this filed are sorted out,which provides insights to further explore the application of exosomes.
