摘要:NOVELTY - Preparation of aluminum trichloride (AlCl3)/gamma-alumina ( gamma -Al2O3) supported catalyst comprises impregnating gamma -Al2O3 carrier in acid solution at room temperature, drying in vacuum, under inert gas protection, roasting, adding AlCl3 solution into Al2O3 carrier under inert gas protection, keeping at reflux temperature, filtering to remove the organic solvent, washing the supported catalyst with toluene, and vacuum drying to obtain the product having Cl content of 7.1-17.5%. USE - Preparation of AlCl3/ gamma -Al2O3 supported catalyst used for 1-decene catalytic oligomerization reaction (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The AlCl3/ gamma -Al2O3 supported catalyst has high 1-decene conversion rate i.e. 64%, improved AlCl3 solubility, and high reaction efficiency, realizes clean load, and reduces three wastes treatment. The oligomer has kinematic viscosity of 7.55-15.00 cSt at 100 degrees C and viscosity index of 141-164. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of AlCl3/ gamma -Al2O3 supported catalyst comprises impregnating gamma -Al2O3 carrier in 0.5-3.0 M acid solution at room temperature for 2-8 hours, drying in vacuum, under inert gas protection, roasting at 200-800 degrees C for 2-12 hours, adding AlCl3 solution into 15 g Al2O3 carrier under inert gas protection, where AlCl3 solution is prepared by adding 5-15 g anhydrous AlCl3 in 150 ml organic solvent, keeping at reflux temperature for 6-36 hours, filtering to remove the organic solvent, washing the supported catalyst with toluene, and vacuum drying to obtain the product having Cl content of 7.1-17.5%. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for application of AlCl3/ gamma -Al2O3 supported catalyst in 1-decene catalytic oligomerization reaction.
