摘要：从建设单位视角出发,应用实证研究方法探讨项目控制对项目增值的作用机制。研究表明,项目控制能够显著提高项目增值,同时项目绩效在项目控制与项目增值之间起到了部分中介作用。基于研究结论,提出建设单位项目管理与发展的策略建议。
From the perspective of construction unit,this paper explores the relationship between project control and project value-added with an empirical study.The results indicate that project control significantly improves project value-added.Project performance partially mediates the relationship between project control and project value-added.Based on these findings,proposes some strategy suggestions on construction management and organization development for construction unit.
