摘要：明星村承载着我国乡村振兴的美好期待,也是当前舆论关注的热点。乡村集体经济的发展是乡村振兴的重要方向,也是明星村产生的关键因素。基于A村的发展经验表明,乡村外部权力与内部文化权力网络的互动、内生资本积累与外部资本的导入,以及政治、资本与社区的有效互嵌是乡村集体经济与明星村生成的基本逻辑。但政治、资本、社区多重因素的聚集容易导致集体经济的权威型发展和明星村的可持续发展困境,即乡村内部的发展必须依赖于特定主体的权威治理,以调动村庄内的资源,调和各类矛盾。这也导致了集体产业的传承危机。正视这些问题以及不可复制的明星村经验,对于当前发展乡村产业、推动乡村振兴至关重要。
Star Village carries the beautiful expectation of rural revitalization in our country,and it is also a hot spot of current public opinion.The development of the rural collective economy is an important direction for rural revitalization,and it is also a key factor in the emergence of star villages.Based on the development experience of Village A,it is shown that the interaction of rural external power and internal cultural power network,the accumulation of endogenous capital and the introduction of external capital,and the effective inter-embedding of politics,capital and communities are the basic logic of rural collective economy and the formation of star villages.However,the aggregation of multiple factors such as politics,capital,and communities can easily lead to the authoritative development of the collective economy and the sustainable dilemma of star villages.That is,the development of the village must rely on the authoritative governance of specific subjects to mobilize resources in the village and reconcile various types of contradictions.This has also led to a crisis of inheritance of collective industries.Facing these problems squarely and the experience of star villages that cannot be replicated are vital to the current development of rural industries and the promotion of rural revitalization.
