摘要:在热天平装置上考察了柴油机排放碳颗粒物燃烧催化剂的活性,讨论了样品制备因素对样品失重温度的影响,这些因素包括碳颗粒物组成、催化剂载体、催化剂与碳颗粒物质量比,着重筛选了催化剂的组份,得到了组份催化剂CuCl_2─KCl-NH_4VO_3其550℃焙烧后能使样品的T_m和T_f值都降低180℃以上,并对催化剂的热稳定性进行了研究。
The catalysts for diesel exhaust particulate combustion were studied by a thermogravimetric analyzer.The effect of sample preparation procedure on sample weight loss temperature is discussed. The factors included the composition of particulate, the catalyst carrier and the weight ratio of catalyst and particulate. By screening of various metal salts, it was found that both Tm and Tf values could be brought down over 180℃ by using CuCl_2-KCl-NH_4VO_3. The thermal stability of the catalyst was investigated as well.
