摘要：社会资本是建立在人们之间的关系网络基础上的情感、信任、规范等,它能够充分利用各种社会资源,并通过推动人们间协调的行动来提高共同体的工作效率以及共同体内成员的生活工作质量。本文运用社会资本理论,主要分析社会资本对社区建设,尤其是社区文化环境建设方面的影响,以及社会资本在其中的作用过程和机制,并在此基础上提出培育社区社会资本,建设和谐社区的建议和措施。
This article analyzes the relationship between social capital and harmonious community, functions of social capital in building harmonious community, especially in the aspects of cultural circumstances of community. On this basis, the author provides suggestions of improving social capital of community and building harmonious community so as to be of great help to further studies on this subject.
