摘要：NOVELTY - The oxygen gasifying furnace (4) comprises a gasifier body (1), a synthesis gas outlet placed on a top of the body, a slag discharge port placed on a bottom of the body, a collecting tank (5), a nozzle chamber, an oxygen nozzle, a slag tank, an oxygen nozzle chamber (3), a lower conical shrinking port, and a lower conical shrinking opening. A radial angle of the nozzle chamber is 0-45 degrees , and a radial angle of the gasifier is 60-120 degrees . An axis of the oxygen nozzle is in a horizontal plane, and an axis of the oxygen nozzle chamber is in a vertical plane. USE - Used as an oxygen gasifying furnace. ADVANTAGE - The furnace provides economic, energy-efficient and safe gasification of oxygen in an environmental friendly manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The oxygen gasifying furnace (4) comprises a gasifier body (1), a synthesis gas outlet placed on a top of the body, a slag discharge port placed on a bottom of the body, a collecting tank (5), a nozzle chamber, an oxygen nozzle, a slag tank, an oxygen nozzle chamber (3), a lower conical shrinking port, and a lower conical shrinking opening. A radial angle of the nozzle chamber is 0-45 degrees , and a radial angle of the gasifier is 60-120 degrees . An axis of the oxygen nozzle is in a horizontal plane, and an axis of the oxygen nozzle chamber is in a vertical plane. A diameter of the gasifier body is 0.05-0.9 mm, and a height of the nozzle chamber is 0.5-15 mm. The nozzle chamber is connected with the oxygen nozzle chamber. A conical shrinking angle is 60-90 degrees . The gasifier body is provided with a cylindrical housing wall refractory lining, which has a firebrick lining structure and a water-cooling wall lining structure. An inner diameter and a height of the tank are 0.5-2 mm and 0.5-5 mm. An inner wall of the slag tank has a corrosion resistance lining.
