摘要：NOVELTY - Preparation of bacteria cellulose/heparin biomedical composite material comprises dipping bacterial cellulose film in heparin solution, fixing heparin through silane coupling agent 1-ethyl-3-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)carbodiimide (EDC), N-hydroxysuccinimide and KH550 (RTM: gamma -aminopropyltriethoxysilane), and crosslinking heparin on bacterial cellulose.
