摘要:Matrix converter is a direct power converter that can convert energy from an AC source to an AC load without the need of the bulky and limited-lifetime storage elements in the dc link. While this topology has many advantages, its voltage transfer ratio is limited to 0.866. This paper deals with a three-phase "pump type" matrix converter with an innovative topology. The theoretical analysis of the high-performance power converter is discussed. Furthermore, the simulation results are also presented in order to verify the result of theoretical analysis.
