摘要:选用活性氧化铝、分子筛等多种具有毛细管结构的多孔介质填料,比较不同毛细管填料对乙酸乙酯-乙醇混合溶液的分离效果,发现分离效果最佳的毛细管填料为活性氧化铝;以活性氧化铝为填料,分析了乙酸乙酯-乙醇原料溶液中乙酸乙酯的质量分数(w_(F))、回流比(R)、填料高度(H)、精馏温度等操作参数对分离效率的影响规律,寻找出单因素最佳的操作条件为w_(F)=69%、R=3、H=0.45 m,为开发适合工业应用的填料毛细管精馏分离混合溶液技术提供参考。
With using activated alumina,molecular sieve and other capillary porous materials,separation performance of the above capillary packing materials for ethyl acetate and ethanol mixture was studied.Experimental results suggest that activated alumina has the best separation performance.Using activated alumina as packing materials,under the different operation parameters,including ethyl acetate mass fraction in ethyl acetate-ethanol raw solution(w_(F)),reflux ratio(R),packing height(H)and rectification temperature,the separation efficiency was investigated.It was found that the optimal operation conditions are:w_(F)=69%,R=3,H=0.45 m.The above study can provide guidance for industrial application of packing capillary distillation technology.
