摘要：NOVELTY - In the water to be treated, a soluble phosphate and/or a photocatalyst of mixture formed from Pt, Ag, Pd, Au or Ru metal and sulfur compound as active component or sulfur compound in which the metal ions of Fe(3+), V(4+) or Ru (3+) is doped are added, the above-mentioned materials can raise the effects of high-temp. pyrolysis, photochemical oxidation, hydroelectric cavitation degradation and supercritical water oxidation produced in the discharge process so as to greatly raise the water treatment effect.
