摘要:NOVELTY - Edwardsiella tarda multiple titer carrier live vaccine strain comprising unmarked genomic deletion hemiacetal aspartate synthase gene asdB, and complementary plasmid containing covering, where covering of plasmid fragment contains heterologous coding sequence of immunogen is new. The SD-asdB fragments are linked by SD sequence. The hemiacetal aspartate synthase coding sequence is constituted of antibiotic marker, and heterologous immunogens coding sequence is linked with regulatory sequences enabling interoperability in Edwardsiella tarda expression. USE - For producing fish and in the manufacture of a medicament for preventing and/or for treating Edwardsiella tarda Z infection (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The vaccine is convenient to administer, has reduced administration dosage, is low cost, reduces common potential environmental and product safety risk, and is safe. The vaccine solves biological safety problem, and has practical commercial development value and generates better immune protection effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Edwardsiella tarda multiple titer carrier live vaccine strain comprising unmarked genomic deletion hemiacetal aspartate synthase gene asdB, and complementary plasmid containing a covering, where the covering of SD-asdB plasmid fragment contains heterologous coding sequence of the immunogen is new. The SD-asdB fragments are linked by the SD sequence. The hemiacetal aspartate synthase coding sequence is constituted of antibiotic marker, where heterologous immunogens coding sequence are linked with regulatory sequences enabling interoperability in Edwardsiella tarda expression. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the vaccine.
