摘要:基于ANSYS建立球面滚子轴承的有限元分析模型,对接触问题进行模拟,并将轴承承载过程中应力和变形结果与赫兹接触理论的分析结果进行对比,两者结果较为吻合,这对滚子轴承的有限元失效分析提供了理论支持,并根据应力分析结果对轴承进行改进。
Based on ANSYS, a finite element analysis model of spherical roller bearing was established, for a contact problem simulation. By comparison, the results stress and deformation inloaded bearing showed good agreements with the analysis results by Hertz's contact theory. It provides the theoretical support for the finite element failure analysis of roller bearing. According to the failure analysis, the bearing structure can be improved.
