摘要：NOVELTY - The furnace has multiple burner chambers oppositely placed at an outer side of a lower middle part of a vertical container. An inner side of the vertical container is provided with a fire-resisting lining i.e. fire-resisting brick or water cooling wall. An upper part of the vertical container is provided with an outlet for synthesis gas and fly ash, and an inlet for cooling medium. A lower part of the vertical container is provided with an outlet for fused slag. A multi-channel gasification nozzle is provided in each burner chamber. USE - Gasification furnace for gasifying carbon containing compound to produce synthesis gas that is utilized in reduction iron-making, integrated gasification combined cycle (IGCC) power generation, hydrogen production, and liquid fuel synthesis, and is used as chemical material gas and fuel gas. ADVANTAGE - The processing load of the furnace is good. The energy comprehensive utilization efficiency of the furnace is high, thus permitting the produced synthesis gas to be used in a wide range as the chemical material gas and the fuel gas. The furnace gasifies carbon containing compound in the form of slurry or powder such as water-coal-slurry, petroleum coke slurry, sludge, and waste liquid, powder coal, solid wastes, or biomass.
