摘要：采用系统文献回顾的方法,对社会工作本科毕业生就业问题的37项研究进行了批判性回顾。结果发现,目前的研究一致表明,该专业毕业生就业的专业对口率低,但关于其是否存在就业困难(就业率低)却存在两种对立的观点。此外,该领域的研究者主要从社会、学校和个体三个层面来讨论该专业毕业生就业问题的成因和对策。由于方法论存在局限,对就业属性的认识存在偏颇,研究视角过于狭窄等问题,现有的研究既没有将社会工作本科毕业生的就业问题与中国大学生群体的就业问题关联起来,也没有提供关于该专业毕业生就业率和就业的专业对口率的总体图景,更没有为该专业毕业生就业问题的成因找到合理的解释,这是该领域的研究者需要努力的方向。
Using a method of systematic literature review, 37 studies on problems of social work graduates employment were critically reviewed. Findings showed that the current studies consistently suggested there is low employment-related-to-the-majority rate, but there are two opposite opinions concerning whether there exist difficulties of finding a job in social work graduates. In addition, the authors in this field mainly develop explanations and strategies of low employment rate and employment-related-to-the-majority rate. Because of the limitations of methodology, neglect of the process of employment, and the narrow perspective, the current researches neither related the problems of social work graduates employment to that of Chinese graduates, nor provided gross pictures of the problems of social work graduates, and did not provide convincing explanation of the problems of social work graduates, which were the directions of the future study.
