摘要:对于萃取法处理环氧氯丙烷反应产物存在萃取剂用量大、效率低等问题,提出三塔双效精馏分离环氧氯丙烷工艺流程。利用Aspen Plus模拟软件对流程进行模拟,在此基础上对预分离塔的工艺参数进行优化,随后以年度总费用CTA最小为目标,对低压塔和高压塔的工艺参数进行优化,并结合完全热集成和部分热集成技术进一步优化。结果表明:理论塔板数预分离塔为48块,低压塔为7块,高压塔为8块;进料板位置预分离塔为第30块,低压塔为第2块,高压塔为第6块;质量回流比预分离塔为8.82,低压塔为0.16,高压塔为1.63;完全热集成和部分热集成技术分别节约15.8%与19.3%的低压塔和高压塔的CTA,同时能耗均降低约31.5%,部分热集成综合效果更佳。研究结果可为环氧氯丙烷产物分离提供参考。
The extraction method for the treatment of epichlorohydrin reaction products has problems such as large amount of extractant and low efficiency,a three-tower double-effect distillation process was proposed for the separation of epichlorohydrin.Aspen Plus simulation software was used to simulate the process.On this basis,the process parameters of the pre-separation tower were optimized,followed by the optimization of the process parameters of the low-pressure and high-pressure towers with the objective of minimizing the total annual cost C TA,and further optimized by combining the fully heat-integrated and partially heat-integrated techniques.The results show that the theoretical number of plates for the pre-separation tower,low-pressure tower and high-pressure tower are 48,7 and 8,respectively.The feed plate position are 30th,2nd and 6th,respectively.The mass reflux ratios are 8.82,0.16 and 1.63,respectively.The fully heat-integrated and partially heat-integrated technologies save 15.8%and 19.3%of the C TA of the low and high pressure towers,respectively,while the energy consumption is reduced by about 31.5%in both cases,partial heat integration synthesizes better results.The optimization results can provide a reference for the separation of epichlorohydrin products.
