摘要：从学术层面看,出版编辑改稿重在“少而准”,一要“少改”,二要改得准确。坚持这一原则,才不会主次不分,顾此失彼;才知道改稿的边界、目标、凭据和典范。“少而准”看似简单,实则要求很高,需要相当的辨别力、判断力和表达力。随意更改,不敢“少改”,是一种认识的误区,也折射出编辑人员的不自信。落实“少而准”的改稿原则,亟需扭转认识观念的偏差,谨守《著作权法》的限制与规范,严格区分改稿与审稿职责。
Editor’s reversion ought to be less but more accurate,that is,change less but more accurate.Editors would avoid that of no distinction between primary and secondary,that of caring for this and losing that,and know the border,the aim,the basis and the models of modifying only by holding“less and more accurate”principle,which seems to be simple but demands high,needs considerable discrimination,judgment and expressiveness.To be afraid of changing less or being accused of it is a misunderstanding and reflects the diffident of editors.Therefore,editorial quality should be cultivated totally for editors holding the principle and demand of“less and more accurate”.
