摘要:本文叙述了新研制的耐硫甲烷化催化剂所具有的物化特征。活性温度范围350~450℃,压力为0.3~1.2MPa。原料气中硫含量>1000ppm,空速1000h^(-1)左右,一氧化碳转化率为58%,甲烷增值12.0%。
This paper describes the physical and chemical characteristics of sulfur-tolerant water gas methanation catalyst. The reaction temperature and pressure are respectively 350-450
℃ and 0.3-1.2 MPa. The sulfur content in the raw gas is more than 1000 ppm(mol%). The space velocity is about 1000h-1. The conversion of carbon monoxide is a,bout 58%. The methane concentration increases by 12% over the feed gas.
