摘要:NOVELTY - Expression apparatus for expressing foreign protein in Trichoderma reesei cell, comprises elements from 5' end to 3' end: (i) promoter for controlling the transcription of the foreign gene in the T. reesei; (ii) encoding sequence of the signal peptide for controlling the secretion and expression of the foreign protein in the T. reesei; (iii) multiple cloning site; and (iv) terminator for controlling the transcription and termination of the foreign gene in the T. reesei. USE - The Trichoderma reesei gene engineering bacterium for expressing the foreign protein is useful for preparing industrial enzyme preparation, feedstuff additive or protein medicine. ADVANTAGE - The obtained Trichoderma reesei gene engineering bacterium can highly-efficiently express the heterogonous genes from the animals, plants and fungi, and thus obtains large yield of the foreign protein. The culture condition of the Trichoderma reesei is extensive, and it is suitable for solid culture and liquid deep fermentation without producing mycotoxin and antibiotics, and the produced extracellular protein is easy to be separated and purified, and thus the method is economical. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) a vector comprising the expression apparatus; (2) a converter comprising the vector; (3) T. reesei gene engineering bacterium for expressing the foreign protein, where the genome comprises the expression apparatus; (4) preparing the T. reesei gene engineering bacterium for expressing the foreign protein, comprising: transforming the Agrobacterium tumefaciens binary vector comprising the expression apparatus into the A. tumefaciens, ligating the obtained A. tumefaciens with the T. reesei, and selecting the genome integrated with the foreign protein gene expression apparatus; #producing the protein, comprising: culturing the T. reesei gene engineering bacterium for expressing the foreign protein, and obtaining the foreign protein from the culture substance.
