摘要：社会体制改革与社会治理创新是"治体"需要解决和关注的重要议题,实践先行的社会治理创新是即将展开的社会体制改革的前提和基础。社会治理创新面临着区域发展不平衡、不充分以及不同步的位差;社会体制改革也存在部门非协同、不联动以及碎片化的困局。围绕"社会体制改革与社会治理创新的理论基础"、"地方社会治理经验及其比较"、"社区治理的理论谱系与关键议题",以及"社会组织的制度环境与实践策略",理论界与实务界展开了充分的研讨与碰撞,取得了丰硕的成果,加深了对现实治理经验的学理性思考,深化了对体制改革现状与难题的理论感知,也更加辨明了社会体制改革与社会治理创新的关系向度、实践逻辑、议题转换以及未来空间。
Social system reform and social governance innovation are the important topics to be resolved and concerned by“governing body”.The practice of social governance innovation in advance is the precondition and foundation of the social system reform to be started soon.Theorists and practitioners have conducted full discussions and collisions and have achieved fruitful results,deepening the rational thinking on the reality of governance experience,the theoretical perception of the status quo and problems of the system reform,and also making a clearer distinction between social system reform and social governance innovation on the direction of the relationship,the practical logic,the agenda conversion and the future space.
