摘要:NOVELTY - Flue gas of sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxide is led into a desulfurization tower and contacted with a desulfurization agent. Sulfur dioxide absorbed by the desulfurization agent (rich liquor) is desorbed, condensed to dry the sulfur dioxide gas, and compressed. The desulfurized gas is led to a denitration tower, ozone is sprayed, and flue gas is contacted with a denitration agent from the tower top. The crystals are separated when the nitrate in the solution has a preset concentration, filtered, and dried to obtain a nitrate product. USE - Flue gas desulfurization-denitration in recycle treatment. ADVANTAGE - The method efficiently changes waste into valuable products, and recycles sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxide in flue gas into value-added liquid sulfur dioxide and nitrate product. The desulfurization rate is greater than 96%, the denitration rate is greater than 90%, and the purity of nitrate product is greater than 96%. The desulfurization-denitration process is simple and economical. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Flue gas of sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxide is led into a desulfurization tower and contacted with a desulfurization agent (barren liquor). Sulfur dioxide absorbed by the desulfurization agent (rich liquor) is desorbed by a multi-effect evaporator, condensed to dry the sulfur dioxide gas, and compressed into liquid sulfur dioxide. The desulfurized gas is led to a denitration tower, ozone is sprayed, and flue gas is contacted with a denitration agent from the tower top. The crystals are separated when the nitrate in the solution has a preset concentration, filtered, and dried to obtain a nitrate product.
