摘要:以自制的1,3-丙二醇钛为催化剂,采用对苯二甲酸(PTA)和1,3-丙二醇(PDO)为原料,通过直接酯化法制得聚对苯二甲酸丙二醇酯(PTT);研究了催化剂用量、反应物配比、酯化和缩聚温度、缩聚时间等对反应结果的影响。结果表明:以1,3-丙二醇钛为催化剂制备PTT是可行的;在酯化反应温度为230~235℃,PDO/PTA摩尔比为1.8/1,催化剂用量(相对PTA)为0.64 mg/g,缩聚反应温度为255℃,缩聚时间为60min,可制得特性粘数为0.683 dL/g的PTT。
Poly(trimethylene terepthalate)(PTT) was prepared from purified terephthalic acid(PTA) and 1,3-propanediol (PDO) with self-made 1,3-propanediol titanium as a catalyst via direct esterification process.The effects of catalyst amount,reactant ratio,esterification temperature,condensation temperature and time on the synthesis process were studied.The results showed that it was feasible to use 1,3-propanediol titanium as a catalyst for PTT synthesis;PTT can be produced with the intrinsic viscosity of 0.683 dL/g under the conditions as followed:esterification temperature 230-235℃,PDO/PTA mole ratio 1.8/1,0.64 mg/g catalyst based on PTA,condensation temperature 255℃and time 60 min.
