摘要：After a brief introduction of the structure of Instruments of High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC), this paper mainly analyzes the principle of a Ultraviolet-Visible (Ul-Vis) Measurer, discusses its embedded system-based design which includes the consideration of hardware circuit, software structure and the implementation of chromatography computer workstations communicating with low level measurers basing on 485-bus.
