摘要:NOVELTY - Periodic mesoporous organosilica (PMO) fluorescent nanoparticle comprises mesoporous silicon oxide as carrier and doped with two kinds of fluorescent resonance energy transfer dye molecule. The fluorescence resonance energy transfer dye molecules are mercury ion-sensitive and mercury ion stable molecules. USE - PMO fluorescent nanoparticle used for mercury ion ratio detection (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The nanoparticle simplifies structure design of molecular probe. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of PMO fluorescent nanoparticle comprising adding anthracene precursor, silicon source and silane coupling agent in solvent, carrying out hydrolytic polycondensation to obtain mesoporous silicon oxide carrier, PMO doped with fluorescent nano particle spherical fluorescence resonance energy transfer dye molecular mercury ion; and using rhodamine dye with amino groups for testing PMO fluorescent nano particle mercury ion ratio.
