摘要:NOVELTY - The method comprises mixing aqueous solution of metal salts of the three components of copper (Cu), iron (Fe) and cobalt (Co) to mix, preparing a citric acid solution, stirring and heating the solution at 60-90 degrees C, reacting for 1-10 hours to obtain catalyst precursor, drying for 0.5-10 hours at 80-150 degrees C, reducing hydrogen at 200-800 degrees C for 1-24 hours and obtaining Cu-Fe-Co-O composite oxide catalytic agent and absolute ethyl alcohol. The method comprises deionizing water to be the soluble nitrate with Cu and Fe, and mixing water solution of Cobalt-metal salt, acetate, and chloride. USE - The method is useful for preparing diethanolamine dehydrogenation oxidation catalyst. ADVANTAGE - The method is capable of economically preparing the diethanolamine dehydrogenation oxidation catalyst with high catalytic activity and stability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The method comprises mixing aqueous solution of metal salts of the three components of Cu, Fe and Co to mix, preparing citric acid solution, stirring and heating the solution at 60-90 degrees C, reacting for 1-10 hours to obtain catalyst precursor, drying for 0.5-10 hours at 80-150 degrees C, reducing hydrogen at 200-800 degrees C for 1-24 hours and obtaining Cu-Fe-Co-O composite oxide catalytic agent and absolute ethyl alcohol. The method comprises deionizing water to be the soluble nitrate with Cu and Fe, mixing water solution of Co-metal salt, acetate, chloride and single salt, and adding other element are nickel, zirconium, magnesium, zinc, chromium, manganese, vanadium, and/or cerium. The preparation of the Cu-Fe-Co-O type composite oxide catalyst, where the mass ratio of 1:(0.02-1):(2-5):(1-20), diethanolamine, catalysts, strong base (sodium hydroxide and potassium hydroxide) and deionizing water into the high pressure kettle, with no oxygen gas (nitrogen, hydrogen and helium) in the kettle, and keeping the reaction kettle pressure is 1.0-2.0Mpa, heating to 130-170 degrees C for 1-10 hours to obtain the product, where a mole ratio of copper (Cu), iron (Fe), cobalt (Co) is 1:(0.1-10):(0.1-10).
