摘要:研究高相对分子质量聚苯乙烯(PS)均聚物对聚苯乙烯-b-聚乙二醇(PS-b-PEG)嵌段共聚物自组装行为的影响,其中PS均聚物的相对分子质量约为PS-b-PEG嵌段共聚物中PS链段相对分子质量的4倍。通过四氢呋喃(THF)/二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)共混溶剂溶解,然后以水透析的方法制备了PS-b-PEG/PS共混体系自组装聚集体溶液。结果表明,高相对分子质量的PS均聚物与PS-b-PEG嵌段共聚物可以形成稳定的聚集体,并且共混体系自组装结构的形貌随均聚物质量分数的增加而改变。纯的PS-b-PEG嵌段共聚物自组装形成球形胶束;当PS均聚物的质量分数较低时,共混体系自组装形成囊泡;随着PS均聚物质量分数的增大,聚集体形貌逐渐转变为线形聚集体;进一步增加PS均聚物质量分数,共混体系自组装形成粒径较大的球形聚集体。
The effect of high-molecular-weight polystyrene(PS)homopolymer on the structure of polystyrene-b-poly(ethylene glycol)(PS-b-PEG)block copolymer assemblies is reported.The molecular weight of PS homopolymers is about 4times of the corresponding PS block in copolymers.The self-assemblies were prepared by first dissolving block copolymers and homopolymers in tetrahydrofuran/dimethylformamide(THF/DMF)mixture solvent and then dialyzed against water.The results show that pure PS-b-PEG block copolymers can self-assemble into spherical micelles.Stable hybrid aggregates are obtained,and the morphology of the hybrid aggregates depends on the weight fraction of PS homopolymers.Vesicles are formed with lower weight fraction of PS homopolymers.With increasing weight fraction of PS homopolymers,cylindrical micelles appear.Further increasing weight fraction of PS homopolymers,large spherical aggregates are formed.
