摘要:综述了合成气直接制二甲醚的技术进展 ,介绍了反应体系的热力学、催化剂、反应过程、分离工程、工业装置的最新研究成果 ,阐述了气固催化法与气液固三相床合成二甲醚的进展 ,并对合成气直接制二甲醚新工艺进行了技术经济评价。
The new technology about dimethyl ether synthesizing directly from syngas is developing vigorously both in home and abroad.The technical development about dimethyl ether directly from syngas is summarized in the paper,including the latest research results,such as thermodynamics of reactive system,catalyst,reactive process,separation process and industrial equipment.Meanwhile,development both in fixed-bed and in trickle-bed is also presented.In addition the techno-economic evaluation is briefed.
