摘要:针对苯烃化催化精馏过程,围绕减缓催化剂失活的问题,采用过程数学模拟与试验研究相结合的方法,考察了进料苯烯物质的量比对过程结果和催化剂失活的影响。研究表明,苯烃化催化精馏工艺中,乙烯转化率为100%,乙苯和多乙苯的选择性大于99.7%,反应物中没有其它工艺中产生的甲苯和二甲苯;苯烃化催化精馏过程进料苯烯物质的量比(1.5~2.0)低。采用新工艺后,催化剂操作周期比其它工艺可延长几十倍,分离费用可大幅度下降。
In this paper,the research on the catalytic distillation process of alkylation of benzene with ethylene,aiming at slowing down the deactivation of the catalyst,has been reported.The results showed that,the conversion of ethylene was 100%,the selectivity of ethylbenzene and polyethy lated benzene was larger than 99 7%.No methyl benzene and dimethyl benzene were produced,and the feed ratio of benzene to ethylene was very low(1 5~2 0).Compared with other technologies,the catalyst operation period can be much longer,and the separation expenses can be decreased greatly.
