摘要:NOVELTY - Magnetic affinity nanoparticle is prepared by covering ferroferric oxide nanoparticle on external polydopamine, and chelating polydopamine with nickel ion. USE - The magnetic affinity nanoparticle is useful for purifying and immobilizing histidine-tagged protein (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The magnetic affinity nanoparticle is prepared by simple and cost-effective method and enables convenient, rapid and efficient purification of histidine-tagged protein. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) method for preparing nanoparticle involves providing tris(hydroxymethyl)aminomethane hydrochloride (tris-HCl) buffer, adding ferroferric oxide nanoparticle, mixing uniformly, covering the nanoparticle using polydopamine by magnetic separation, providing a nickel ion solution, dispersing doped nanoparticles in the nickel ion solution, mixing uniformly, and obtaining nanoparticles by magnetic affinity separation; and (2) use of magnetic affinity nanoparticle for purifying and immobilizing histidine-tagged protein.
