摘要:NOVELTY - Preparation of ionic liquid modified graphite nanosheet/silicone rubber electric conduction composite material comprises heating graphite oxide; mixing with ionic liquid, adding to pure ethanol solvent, ultrasonically dispersing, ball milling, drying; adding liquid silicone rubber crude adhesive, mixing, adding into n-hexane solvent, ultrasonically dispersing in 60-150 degrees C water bath, stirring, volatilizing to remove n-hexane solvent; adding curing agent, ultrasonically dispersing, heating under vacuum and curing. USE - Method for preparing ionic liquid modified graphite nanosheet/silicone rubber electric conduction composite material (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of ionic liquid modified graphite nanosheet/silicone rubber electric conduction composite material comprises heating graphite oxide to 300-900 degrees C for 30-240 seconds to obtain expanded graphite; mixing expanded graphite and ionic liquid at a mass ratio of 1:1-2, adding to pure ethanol solvent to obtain 0.01-0.l g/ml solution, ultrasonically dispersing, ball milling for 0.5-24 hours, drying to obtain ionic liquid modified graphite nanosheet; adding 1-5 wt.% liquid silicone rubber crude adhesive, mixing, adding into n-hexane solvent to obtain 0.01-0.5 g/ml solution, ultrasonically dispersing in 60-150 degrees C water bath, stirring for 4 hours, volatilizing to remove n-hexane solvent; adding curing agent, ultrasonically dispersing at 60-150 degrees C, heating under vacuum, and curing for 1-24 hours. The ionic liquid is 1-butyl-3-methylimidazole hexafluorophosphate, 1-butyl-3-methylimidazole tetrafluoroborate, 1-ethyl-3-methylimidazole trifluoromethyl sulfonate amine salt, or 1-butyl-3-methylimidazole chloride. The silicone rubber is dimethyl vinyl silicone rubber or trimethylated dioxosilane. The curing agent is octamethyl cyclotetrasiloxane, orthosilicate or tetraorthosilicate or n-propyl orthosilicate together with micro organic tin. The mass ratio of liquid silicone rubber adhesive and curing agent is 10:1.
