摘要:NOVELTY - An m-benzene dipropargyl ether modified bimaleimide resin is a prepolymerized resin. The m-benzene dipropargyl ether modified bimaleimide resin is formed by mixing raw materials 4,4-diphenylmethane bimaleimide, m-benzene dipropargyl ether and copper chlorate and/or cuprous chloride for 45-100 minutes. The m-benzene dipropargyl ether is a modifier. The copper chlorate and/or cuprous chloride are used as catalysts. The m-benzene dipropargyl ether modified bimaleimide resin has viscosity of less than 1Pa.second at 120-160 degrees C and 140 degrees C. USE - Meta-benzene dipropargyl ether modified bimaleimide resin is used for resin transfer molding and in aerospace and spaceflight applications. ADVANTAGE - The m-benzene dipropargyl ether modified bimaleimide resin has excellent mechanical performance, flexibility and thermal stability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for manufacture of m-benzene dipropargyl ether modified bimaleimide resin, which involves stirring raw materials and heating at 150-160 degrees C for 30-90 minutes, to obtain reddish-brown m-benzene dipropargyl ether modified bimaleimide prepolymerized resin.
