摘要：自上而下的给予式被动模式,已不能适应城市化发展形势的变化;主动城市化是促进农村稳定、快速与和谐发展的可信赖凭仗,是处于城市化浪潮冲击下的农民为促进三农因素向城市因素转变,实现所在村域经济社会发展,因时顺势、主动选择、主动决策,经营可利用的各种资源,以非农产业为抓手,以城市化为追求。
The passive model that given by government has been unable to meet the changing situation of urbanization; Active urbanization is reliable security of stable,fast and harmonious development for rural urbanization. Active urbanization is a variety of resources that farmers in a wave of impact of urbanization can make use of for promoting three agricultural factors shift to cities, achieving economic and social development and taking advantage of an opportunity at one’s convenience and initiative choice , initiative decision-making and operating. Active urbanization is a sustainable urban development model that pursue after the nonagricultural sectors,city-style and long-term interests
