摘要：“双减”政策的颁布与实施对当前我国青少年体育培训产业的运营提出更高要求。其中,数字经济凭借其高联通、低成本等诸多优势成为我国青少年体育培训产业运营转向的关键动能引擎。据此,本研究立足于数字经济赋能青少年体育培训产业运营转向的学理构成,挖掘数字经济赋能青少年体育培训产业运营转向的阻滞困境,发现技术嵌入不足致使体育培训课程同质化严重、青少年体育培训从业人员数字素养与应用能力欠缺、数字化监管能力不足致使青少年体育培训市场乱象频发等问题,并建议从加速体育培训课程研发技术融入、注重教练员数字素养“微能力”培育、优化青少年体育培训市场数字化监管协同机制三方面入手,提升数字经济赋能青少年体育培训产业运营转向的驱动效能,以期进一步促进青少年体育培训产业高质量发展。
The promulgation and implementation of the “double reduction” policy has put forward higher requirements for the operation of China's youth sports training industry.Among them,the digital economy,with its advantages such as high connectivity and low cost,has become a key driving force for the operation and transformation of China's youth sports training industry.Based on this,this study focuses on the theoretical composition of the digital economy empowering the operation and transformation of the youth sports training industry,and explores the obstacles and difficulties in the operation and transformation of the digital economy empowering the youth sports training industry.It is found that insufficient technology embedding leads to serious homogenization of sports training courses,insufficient digital literacy and application ability of young and young sports training practitioners,and insufficient digital supervision ability leads to frequent chaos in the youth sports training market,And it is suggested to start from three aspects:accelerating the integration of sports training course research and development technology,emphasizing the cultivation of digital literacy “micro abilities” of coaches,and optimizing the digital supervision and coordination mechanism of the youth sports training market,in order to enhance the driving efficiency of the digital economy empowering the operation and transformation of the youth sports training industry,in order to further promote the high-quality development of the youth sports training industry.
