摘要:Stress relaxation experiments of 9-12%Cr steel were conducted under static and cyclic straining controlled fatigue. It has been found that the stress relaxation will be restrained where the cyclic strain values are fluctuated below the initial strain. By contrast, when the dynamic loading repeated around or fluctuated above the value of the initial strain, the stress relaxation becomes more severe or even relaxed completely for the strain amplitude being large enough. On the whole, the acceleration or deceleration behavior of stress relaxation depends on the mean strain and the strain amplitude. An analysis of the stress-strain loops shows that the stress relaxation is mainly due to the relaxation of back-stress. Accordingly, a micromechanical constitutive model was developed by improving the kinematic hardening rule with a modified static recovery term. As expected, stress relaxation behaviors under both the static and cyclic loading are reproduced reasonably.
