摘要：根据国家卓越工程师教育培养计划和综合改革试点建设的目标,在对我校的制药工程专业培养计划进行梳理的基础上,我们重新制订了制药工程专业卓越工程师培养计划。近三年的实践表明,新的培养计划已逐渐适应现代制药行业的发展需求。本文对其制订的理念、方案修订和管理实施等方面进行了阐述与总结,期望能促进自身后续工作的持续改进,对正在进行试点工作的院校具有一定的参考意义。
As a part of the construction of comprehensive reform pilot, the education program of pharma- ceutical engineering specialtywas reorganized and revised on the basis of original plan according to the ob jectives of National Program for Educating and Training Outstanding Engineers. The practice nearly three years shows that the new training plan has been gradually adapt to the development needs of the modern pharmaceutical industry. The design concepts, program revising, management, implementation and other aspects were elaborated and summarized. These works would promote our continuous improve- ment and also provide references for pilot ongoing colleges.
