摘要:针对超高压爆破片安全泄放装置,提出了一种自紧式橡胶密封圈,并利用ANSYS有限元数值模拟分析中的双参数Mooney-Rivlin应变能密度函数,建立自紧式橡胶密封圈的本构方程,利用拉格朗日乘子算法,对爆破片、自紧式密封圈和夹持器进行数据建模,得到了橡胶材料自紧式橡胶密封圈密封槽最佳的开槽尺寸和确定方法,为后续的自紧式橡胶密封圈的研究提供了理论基础,并为橡胶密封圈的结构型式的开发提出了新的思路和研究方法。
A kind of self-tightening rubber sealing ring is proposed and a constitutive equation is established for the safety relief device of ultrahigh pressure bursting disc by using the double-parameter Mooney-Rivlin strain energy density function in ANSYS finite element numerical simulation in this paper.By using the Lagrange multiplier algorithm,the data modeling of the bursting disc,the self-tightening seal ring and the gripper is carried out to get the optimum slot size and determination method of seal groove,which provides a theoretical basis for the follow-up research of the self-tightening rubber seal ring and puts forward new ideas and research methods for the development of structure style of rubber seal ring in China.
