摘要：NOVELTY - Use of 2-(-2-dimethylamino-ethyl)-9-amino-10-thia-2,8-diaza-cyclopenta(a)phenalene-1,3-dione (I) is claimed for preparing medicine capable of resisting drug-resistance of tumor cell. USE - The 2-(-2-dimethylamino-ethyl)-9-amino-10-thia-2,8-diaza-cyclopenta(a)phenalene-1,3-dione compound (I) is useful for preparing medicine capable of resisting drug-resistance of tumor cell, preferably benign tumor or malignant tumor. The medicine is in the form of liquid preparation, granule, tablet, instant herbal medicine, pearl gelatin, capsule, pill or injection. The tumor is chosen from malignant melanoma, malignant lymphadenoma, tumor of digestive organs, lung cancer, breast cancer, testicular cancer, ovarian cancer, uterus cancer, prostate cancer, palate cancer, tongue cancer, oral cancer, pharyngeal cancer, thyroid cancer, brain tumor, osteosarcoma, leukemia, neurogenic tumor, bladder tumor and skin cancer. The digestive organ tumors are chosen from gastric cancer, intestinal cancer, liver cancer, gallbladder cancer, cholangiocarcinoma and pancreatic cancer (all claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Use of 2-(-2-dimethylamino-ethyl)-9-amino-10-thia-2,8-diaza-cyclopenta(a)phenalene-1,3-dione of formula (I) is claimed for preparing medicine capable of resisting drug-resistance of tumor cell.
